If you have fresh memorial flowers "Please use our Fresh Flower Service to book immediately. You must book and send blooms within 24 hours of submitting your form. All shipping and care instructions will be supplied upon booking. We cannot accept blooms older than two days after the memorial. If you book us and then send floppy/old blooms all we can do is our best with what we have. The beauty will vary depending on the health of the flower upon receipt. On your reservation form select what pieces you would like made with your collection but you will have a chance to modify your order once we see the blooms and inform you what can be made with them depending on their size and health. If you suspect your blooms aren't healthy enough to travel then air dry them and book our air dried service or commission us to source similar fresh blooms with our replica service."

If you have already dried memorial flowers "Please use our Air Dried Service form. Our customer service will respond with a date that our studio can accept your blooms for our talented artists to use for your keepsake collection and will invite you to reserve your spot with that date."
